Required Experience

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience building production AI/LLM applications.
• Expertise with FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and data engineering knowledge.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and performance optimization.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise applications.

• Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis.
• OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical leadership or mentoring experience.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
• Develop scalable AI-driven analytics platforms.
• Optimize data pipelines and backend services.
• Collaborate with Risk and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, and production support.
