• Solid experience in Agile delivery with strong expertise as Release Train Engineer / Agile Program Lead managing large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, cryptocurrencies, and banking APIs.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in SAFe Agile, program governance (RAID, KPIs), and cross-team delivery management.
• Ability to lead multiple Agile teams, manage dependencies, and drive end-to-end program execution across ARTs.
• Strong stakeholder management with experience in SteerCo reporting and executive communication. • Hands-on experience with Jira, Agile metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.”
