Job Description
Overall 8+ years of experience with minimum 4+ years of experience in leading Agile scrum teams
Experienced in leading, training, and coaching the Scrum team in its Scrum adoption.
Must be able to plan and advise Scrum implementations within the defined structure (Component – program structure in Cisco)
Must have Agile scrum and Salesforce Admin certifications. with Tableau work experience is Must
Must ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
Work with the product team for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
Experienced in helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
Experienced in identifying and eliminating impediments of the Scrum Team.
Experienced in helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
Experienced in helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Team.
