Role Descriptions:
•      Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•      10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain solutions with expertise in SAP EWM and SAP TM.
•      Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PP, and S/4HANA integration landscapes.
•      Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programs.
•      Proven expertise in Service Level Management (SLM), program governance, and enterprise project delivery.
• Experience supporting AppleCare Repair Operations, Shop-floor system integrations, reverse logistics, and service supply chain processes. • Strong understanding of warehouse management, transportation, manufacturing, and inventory management processes. • Experience integrating SAP with Shop Floor Systems (MES), third-party applications, and enterprise platforms.
•      Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Tableau, SAP Analytics, and executive reporting dashboards.
•      PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAP certifications preferred.
•      Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
