SAP EWM Analyst – Contract (Remote to start)

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to support Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution, and Materials Management functional process areas within SAP S/4HANA. This Senior Analyst will collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. They will participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing, and providing guidance on recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Work with business users to gather requirements specific to Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution, Inventory Management, and Materials Management.

· Lead requirements gathering workshops – presenting standard SAP process flows, conduct system demonstrations, and providing insight on how standard SAP processes can support a customers’ business process.

· Configure SAP systems, test new functionality, and provide on-going support based on requirements collected.

· Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business.

· Support cross-functional business processes in Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Procurement with a focus on Warehouse and Inventory Management.

· Ability to work closely with business personnel to understand pain areas and provide insight and process improvements.

· Areas of focus will include but are not limited to Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Inbound and Outbound Delivery Management, Inter-Company & cross-plant transfers, Goods Movements, Material Master Data Management, Handling Unit Management, Batch Management, and Mobile Data Entry (RF) configuration.

· Communicate technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, business owners, and technical counterparts.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of five years’ experience with SAP Warehouse & Materials Management

· Minimum of two end-to-end SAP WM implementations, including hands-on design, configuration, testing, end-user training, and production support.

· Expert level understanding of Warehouse Management configuration and design elements.

· SAP S/4HANA experience.

· Technical experience with configuring and setting up RF devices is a bonus.

· Exposure to SAP EWM is a bonus.

· Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.

· A proactive and organized approach to support a fast-paced production support environment.
