Job Description:

Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP Cutover strategy, planning, and execution for project go-live activities.

Develop and maintain the integrated cutover plan, including tasks, dependencies, milestones, and timelines.

Coordinate with functional, technical, data migration, testing, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure readiness.

Facilitate cutover planning workshops and drive alignment across all stakeholders.

Track cutover risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation plans through regular governance reviews.

Ensure completion of go-live prerequisites, including testing sign-offs, data validation, and business readiness.

Manage mock cutovers and rehearsals to validate plans and identify improvement opportunities.

Monitor cutover execution activities and provide real-time status reporting during go-live.

Coordinate hypercare transition and support activities following successful deployment.

Strong SAP implementation experience, project management skills, stakeholder management, and expertise in large-scale ERP go-lives are required.
