Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on
Salesforce Architect
with strong experience in Salesforce architecture, Salesforce projects, and
Salesforce Service Cloud
. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical acumen with program leadership, stakeholder management,
process optimization, and the ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs consisting of interrelated projects.
Drive
Salesforce architecture design
and coordinate delivery of Salesforce capabilities.
Collaborate with business, engineering, architecture, and product teams to design and launch new solutions.
Coordinate launch planning, milestones, dependencies, and timelines across multiple workflows.
Manage program planning, implementation, communication, risks, issues, and escalations.
Develop scalable processes, mechanisms, metrics, and
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
for large-scale programs.
Identify bottlenecks and technical roadblocks and develop innovative solutions.
Influence short- and long-term product and technical strategy.
Assess technical and business risks and develop mitigation plans.
Manage and prioritize the intake queue, ensuring requests are categorized, assigned, and tracked appropriately.
Balance business requirements with technical constraints and recommend appropriate tradeoffs.
Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure timely delivery of critical business initiatives.

strongly preferred. The role requires a technical problem solver who can translate complex challenges into executable solutions and influence teams without relying solely on formal authority. The three core requirements are explicitly identified as Salesforce
architecture design, Salesforce project experience, and Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
