• Design and build Health Cloud + Service Cloud solutions for claims inventory workflow optimization
• Integrate with upstream systems via REST, Bulk, and FHIR APIs, and event streams (Kafka/MQ)
• Lead delivery including:
o Story grooming
o Solution design
o Code reviews
o Performance tuning
o CI/CD
• Govern compliance including:
o HIPAA/PHI security
o Auditability
o Role/permission modeling
• Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams
