Job description

REQUIREMENTS:
 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
 Experience in leading development teams and mentoring other developers.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
 Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities  Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling  Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques  Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns in Salesforce  Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes
 Hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL and SOSL
 Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
 Mastery of Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
 Expertise in version control systems (i.e. Git)
 Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code,
Salesforce CLI, and/or other third-party DevOps tools and continuous integration.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform
Developer I) are required and Platform II certification and JavaScript developer certifications are
preferred.
 Results-oriented and self-motivated
 Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 Experience with CRM Analytics or other analytics platforms integrated with Salesforce
 Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and front-end development
 understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies  Experience working in large, multifaceted, and matrixed organizations.  Experience within the media entertainment industry  Collaborative team player accustomed to working within and across groups.  Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage time effectively.  Strong character exhibiting company core values: Integrity, Creativity, Teamwork, Pioneering
