Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud, along with strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, deployment tools, and code quality practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Develop scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable components.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Configure and automate business processes using Salesforce Flows and declarative tools.
• Write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Perform Salesforce administration activities including security setup, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, workflows, and reports.
• Ensure code quality using PMD and Salesforce best practices.
• Manage deployments and version control using GitHub and Flosum.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams for requirement analysis and solution delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Financial Services Cloud Consultant.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes in Salesforce.
