Salesforce Business Analyst – Agentforce experience in TX

Position: Salesforce Business Analyst – Agentforce
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) – Need Locals Only with Local DL
Contract: 6+ Months

Must have 5+ years of experience in USA.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Analyst supporting Salesforce implementations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and enterprise business processes.
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise SDLC processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, security/sharing, Flow, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
Salesforce AI Associate or relevant Salesforce Agentforce certification/training.
Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Einstein capabilities, and Salesforce Flow.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Experience in utilities, energy, or other large regulated-industry environments.
Experience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
Experience working with onsite/offshore delivery teams.
