Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong healthcare domain experience for a long-term remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading architecture discussions, and driving end-to-end implementation initiatives across healthcare-focused business environments.
The candidate should possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, security, and healthcare workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Salesforce implementation, integration, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Work closely with healthcare business teams to understand workflows, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
- Strong healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce security model.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and governance.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
- Experience with Healthcare Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
