We are looking for junior candidates with experience in Ruby on Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL.
The requirement is to work with Highspot in their Seattle, WA office. Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks.
– Develop and maintain scalable and efficient codebase using Ruby on Rails, React and Redux, HAML, and Clojure.
– Implement and maintain testing frameworks such as RSpec for Ruby, Jest for React, and TestCafe for end-to-end testing.
– Manage DevOps processes and pipelines using Git, JIRA, BuildKite for CI/CD pipeline, and Sidekiq for backend jobs.
– Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments.
– Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases to design and optimize data storage solutions.
– Integrate CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 with existing applications.
– Lead the team in requirement understanding, user story creation, and estimation.
– Facilitate customer communication and reporting, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
– Coordinate with offshore teams to delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project goals.
