6–10+ years of experience in automation, including 2+ years of hands-on work with UiPath.
*Proven experience in Agentic AI frameworks or tools, integrating autonomous AI agents into enterprise workflows to enhance adaptability and decision-making. *Strong knowledge of OCR, Web Automation, Windows Automation, Email Automation, XML, REST API, and Mainframe command-based automation. *Must have Certifications in UiPath as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer and UiPath Certified Professional Specialized AI Associate *Experience with MetaBOT and ability to create reference modular, reusable code libraries for development teams. *Ability to design multi-bot processes with modularized code to ensure scalability, reliability, and agentic adaptability. *Experience in planning and leading the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of automation projects.
*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
*Collaborates with stakeholders as an RPA and Agentic AI Architect, understanding current business processes and leveraging automation and autonomous AI agents to optimize operations.
*In-depth experience with the full systems development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, documentation.
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
*Good to have: proficiency in .NET, Java, JavaScript, or VBScript.
*Excellent knowledge of Excel and Macros.
*Familiarity with Agile development practices is preferred.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Automation experience across multiple ERPs such as ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Smartsheet, and workflow systems.
*A passionate advocate for automation, who champions the integration of RPA and Agentic AI to enhance productivity, collaboration, and intelligent decision-making.
