Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reporting Tools Administrator to administer, support, and optimize enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) reporting platforms, including SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), Power BI, and Tableau. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability, security, and performance of reporting environments while supporting integrations with enterprise data sources such as Snowflake, Oracle, and SQL Server. This role also requires experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database, to support cloud-based reporting and data integration.
The client is looking for a BI Platform Administrator rather than a BI Developer. The emphasis is on administering and supporting SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, and Tableau, along with Azure
cloud integration and data source connectivity, not on building dashboards or writing complex reports.

SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) Administration – Strong experience managing and supporting the platform.
Power BI Administration – Workspace management, gateway, security, scheduling, refreshes.
Tableau Administration – Server administration, user management, publishing, performance tuning.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience administering SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), Power BI, and Tableau in enterprise environments.
· Strong knowledge of Snowflake, Oracle, and SQL Server data sources and connectivity.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
o Azure Data Factory (ADF)
o Azure Synapse Analytics
o Azure SQL Database
· Experience with report scheduling, data refresh automation, and platform monitoring.
· Knowledge of user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and BI platform security.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
· Experience supporting enterprise BI platforms in large-scale production environments.
· Knowledge of cloud-based data integration and ETL processes.
· Familiarity with enterprise reporting governance and best practices.
Experience working in Agile environments.
