Part Time role with 24ā32hr/week work
Requirements:
- 3ā4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Engineer, or Administrator in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Employee Center (ESC) and Service Catalog.
- Experience with Catalog Items, Record Producers, Request Fulfillment, and Incident Management.
- Experience developing Virtual Agent conversation flows, topics, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
