Job Title: SAP Project Manager ā OTC and R2R
Location: Fremont, CA ā Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to lead SAP implementation, transformation, and enhancement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of SAP functional knowledge, project management experience, stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering complex SAP programs across business and IT teams.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP projects involving OTC and R2R business processes.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Partner with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, integration teams, and external vendors.
Drive requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Coordinate SAP Finance and OTC process integration across functional and technical teams.
Manage project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, RAID logs, and executive communications.
Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, timeline, and business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with Finance, Sales, Billing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other business functions.
Lead defect triage and resolution during testing and post-go-live stabilization.
Manage third-party implementation partners and ensure adherence to project commitments.
Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication across geographically distributed teams.
Support organizational change management and business readiness activities.
