Workday integration experience with Strata (Accounting/Finance) for enterprise project. Led through this, worked with both brands and integrating them. REMOTE work!
Notes: this would be someone with healthcare exp. gather requirements, workflows, critical thinking. understanding 'what are the real requirements?' – while having an architectural mind. This specific role – would be focused on them dealing with the Strata (brand name, specifically with Finance & Accounting) and the integration with Workday. someone who has led through this / worked with both brands and integrating them – to assist Org – be go to / sme for the process/mapping
This is a Workday Integration / Healthcare SME role, with a very specific emphasis on Workday ↔ Strata (Finance & Accounting) integration.
What the client is really looking for
Must-have:
- Strong Workday integration experience
- Strata experience specifically in Finance & Accounting
- Healthcare industry experience
- Has led an enterprise integration project involving Workday and Strata
- Experience working with both Workday and Strata and understanding how they integrate
- Strong requirements gathering and business-process analysis
- Able to define workflows, process mapping, and integration requirements
- Strong critical-thinking / analytical skills — can distinguish the actual business requirement from what users initially ask for
- Architectural mindset — understands upstream/downstream systems, data flow, interfaces, dependencies, and integration design
- Able to act as the SME / go-to person for Workday–Strata integration
- Comfortable working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Remote
Ideal candidate profile
The strongest candidate would be someone who has personally worked on a healthcare enterprise implementation where Strata Finance/Accounting was integrated with Workday, rather than someone who merely has generic Workday integration experience.
