We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in OnBase to support business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution implementation. The candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of OnBase-related projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of OnBase platform, workflows, and document management concepts.
Gather and document business requirements related to OnBase workflows and document management systems.
Prepare functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Support system configuration, testing, and user training.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolutions.
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments.
