Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Model N applications (Revenue Management, Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, and Incentives).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Model N configurations and customizations.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and implementation teams to validate requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation between Model N and upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
- Utilize SQL and data analysis tools to verify data integrity and workflow accuracy.
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Contribute to test automation efforts, leveraging tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or other applicable frameworks.
- Participate in release management and deployment testing for Model N enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide QA documentation, test metrics, and reports to stakeholders for visibility into test progress and quality trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years working with Model N Revenue Management or Life Sciences domain.
- Strong understanding of Model N data models, workflows, and configuration principles.
- Experience in testing Sales, Contract, and Pricing modules within Model N.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, and defect lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
