Python Developer

Job Description
Candidates need to have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Python frameworks, RESTful API design, and cloud-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications.
• Design scalable and secure backend architectures using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with any or all of the following Python libraries: NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Polars, Gunicorn, Plotly, Dill, pycld2, SciKit-Learn, NLTK, Gensim, spaCy, iPython, pymongo, nGinx
• Integrate data storage solutions — relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with high standards for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of junior team members.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 6+ years of professional experience in software development using Python.
• Proficiency with one or more Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Experience with API design, version control (Git), and asynchronous programming (e.g., Celery, asyncio).
• Hands-on experience working with databases (Oracle, SingleStore DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake etc.).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Understanding of CI/CD, unit testing, and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to Have
• Experience with Machine Learning and Data Engineering.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and CodeGenius to enhance productivity and streamline development workflows.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
