Job Requirements
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7ā8+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience working with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance clients.
- Good understanding of the Insurance domain, preferably with hands-on experience in P&C.
- Proven experience managing projects, teams, timelines, risks, and deliverables in an enterprise environment.
- Must be willing to work 2ā3 days per week onsite as part of a dedicated client team.
- Candidates must be local to NJ, NYC, or Stamford, CT and available for an in-person client interview.
