Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Informatica MDM on-premises migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM), enterprise data migration projects, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Informatica MDM migration projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Informatica MDM on-premises migration projects.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate activities across business, data, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams.
Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communications.
Manage migration strategy, cutover planning, data validation, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with MDM architects, data engineers, ETL developers, DBAs, and business stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers proactively. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements. Facilitate requirements gathering, scope management, and change control processes. Monitor project KPIs and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Support post-migration stabilization and transition to operations teams.

Required Skills
8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise data or MDM projects.
Strong experience managing Informatica MDM implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
Experience with Informatica MDM Hub, Data Director, Match & Merge, and Data Quality.
Proven experience leading on-premises migration or modernization projects.
Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality principles.
Experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet. Ability to manage vendors, third-party consultants, and offshore teams.
