Role: Project Manager (Capital Market)
Locations: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid Onsite) Local only
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
- Total industry experience of about 15+ years, primarily AVP grade
- Project Management and Program Management experience of 6-7 years minimum out of total experience
- Solid experience of financial services industry, primarily investment banking with preference of having understanding of trading life cycle
- Experience in finance and accounting space is good to have
- Knowledge and Experience with SAFe Agile and if that’s not available, basic agile experience, particularly running scrum meetings is preferred
- Experience in managing testing and UAT – more as a project manager rather than a testing analyst
- Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile methods of delivery
- Strong stakeholder management, problem solving skills, managing and forming relationships with project sponsors, ability to work by creating influence rather than direct management and ability to deliver project under tight timelines including being able to take pressure
- Experience in writing executive level status reports, strong PowerPoint and excel skills are a must

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50 – 60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
