Title: Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid (2 days onsite minimum)

Duration: 12+  Month Contract

OVERVIEW:

This role supports both traditional enterprise operational programs and modern Agile/product-model initiatives within Cyber / Secure Business Enablement.

 

Manager specifically stated they need candidates who can operate in BOTH:

• Traditional Waterfall enterprise project environments

• Agile/Kanban/Jira-based product organizations

 

Examples of initiatives include:

• Mergers & Acquisitions

• Divestitures

• Joint Ventures

• Product enhancement initiatives

• Cross-functional cyber/business coordination efforts

 

The manager emphasized that many of these programs are highly structured, deadline-driven, and dependent on coordination across multiple non-IT teams, making strong traditional PM experience extremely important.

 

At the same time, the organization is evolving toward a more Agile/product-oriented operating model, so candidates must also be comfortable with Agile methodologies and Jira-based delivery environments.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong enterprise Project Management experience

• Traditional Waterfall PM experience

• Agile methodology experience

• Jira experience

• Strong stakeholder/business communication skills

• Experience coordinating cross-functional enterprise initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 4+ years of related PM experience

 

PREFERRED:

• Microsoft Project

• Cybersecurity environment experience

• PMO/governance experience

• M&A/divestiture/joint venture project experience

• Product-model organization experience
