Mandatory Requirements/Time
• 10+ years Project/Program Management experience
• 10+ years experience with full lifecycle implementation projects from requirements definition through implementation
• 5+ years experience working on technical (development, infrastructure, etc.) projects, either as a project manager or in a technical role. These should have included technical tasks, such as: Setting up networks, server management, infrastructure support, any network projects relating to VMWare, Windows servers, etc; Designing and building web applications, troubleshooting and resolving web application bugs, etc.
Desired Skills/Time
• Current PMP certification
• Experience working with or in a help desk/support role.
• Experience leading a team of 3rd-party application support personnel.
