Preferred: Omaha, Nebraska — particularly for candidates who can work onsite and collaborate directly with business stakeholders.
Remote: Remote candidates will be considered when a suitable Omaha-based candidate is not available.
For remote candidates:
· Must have strong Guidewire and P&C insurance experience.
· Commercial Auto experience is strongly preferred.
· Must be willing to travel to Omaha at least one week per month.
· Additional onsite travel may be required for key workshops, planning sessions, UAT, releases, or other critical business events.
Required Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or technology delivery.
· 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager in an Agile environment.
· Strong P&C Insurance domain experience.
· Hands-on experience with Guidewire platforms, preferably PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
· Strong understanding of Guidewire implementation, configuration, integrations, and insurance business processes.
· Experience creating and managing product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
· Experience working with distributed business and technology teams.
· Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
· Ability and willingness to travel to Omaha at least one week per month for remote positions.
