Role: Product Owner
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
ā¢ Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the web
application.
ā¢ Lead requirements elicitation and functional analysis, translating
complex business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
ā¢ Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value,
risk, and technical dependencies.
ā¢ Act as the primary interface between senior business stakeholders and
the development team.
ā¢ Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint
planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
ā¢ Provide ongoing clarification of functional and non-functional
requirements (performance, security, scalability, usability)
ā¢ Review, validate, and accept deliverables against defined acceptance
criteria.
ā¢ Support testing, UAT, release planning, and production go-live
activities.
ā¢ Communicate product progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership
and stakeholders.
Requirements:
ā¢ 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience as a
Product Owner or Product Manager in web application development.
ā¢ Strong expertise in requirements management, functional documentation,
and backlog prioritization.
ā¢ Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with
cross-functional teams.
ā¢ Solid understanding of web application architectures, APIs, and system
integrations.
ā¢ Experience across the full SDLC, including design, development,
testing, and release.
ā¢ Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or
equivalent.
ā¢ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership
skills.
ā¢ Ability to make strategic product decisions while balancing business
objectives and technical constraints.
ā¢ Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or
equivalent practical experience
