Role: Product Owner
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the web
application.
• Lead requirements elicitation and functional analysis, translating
complex business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value,
risk, and technical dependencies.
• Act as the primary interface between senior business stakeholders and
the development team.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint
planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide ongoing clarification of functional and non-functional
requirements (performance, security, scalability, usability)
• Review, validate, and accept deliverables against defined acceptance
criteria.
• Support testing, UAT, release planning, and production go-live
activities.
• Communicate product progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership
and stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience as a
Product Owner or Product Manager in web application development.
• Strong expertise in requirements management, functional documentation,
and backlog prioritization.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with
cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of web application architectures, APIs, and system
integrations.
• Experience across the full SDLC, including design, development,
testing, and release.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or
equivalent.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership
skills.
• Ability to make strategic product decisions while balancing business
objectives and technical constraints.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or
equivalent practical experience
