• Collaborated with department leaders, risk, and compliance teams to evaluate fraud risks in new products and services, enhancing the organization's overall fraud prevention capabilities.
  Spearheaded the implementation of advanced fraud detection tools and identity verification solutions, reducing fraud exposure and improving operational efficiencies.
• Successfully negotiated contracts and leveraged technology to achieve cost savings of over $33,000 annually while enhancing fraud detection.
