Title: Lead Business Analyst With Data Analyst
Location: New Jersey NJ(5 days onsite)

Skill Requirements
- Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as sql, python, or r.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like scrum or kanban.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Analytical mindset with a detail oriented and problem-solving approach.
- Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are a plus.
