  • Partner with Product Owners, technology teams, and stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
  • Lead support functions across multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, solution quality, cost-effectiveness, and effective pipeline management.
  • Research and analyze moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring strong analytical and business execution skills.
  • Assist with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile execution.
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
