Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning
β Develop comprehensive organizational change management strategies for
transformation initiatives
β Assess organizational readiness and change capacity
β Define adoption, engagement, and communication approaches
β Build integrated change plans aligned to transformation objectives
Stakeholder Engagement
β Identify and analyze key stakeholder groups
β Develop stakeholder engagement and influence strategies
β Facilitate stakeholder alignment and buy in
β Establish change champion and leadership support networks
Change Impact Assessment
β Assess impacts to roles, teams, processes, governance, and ways of working
β Identify organizational risks associated with proposed changes
β Develop mitigation strategies for adoption barriers and resistance
β Create role based transition plans
Leadership Enablement
β Coach leaders through periods of organizational change
β Prepare managers to communicate and reinforce new behaviors
β Develop leadership toolkits and change playbooks
β Facilitate leadership workshops and readiness sessions
Communications & Adoption
β Develop communication strategies and messaging frameworks
β Create targeted communications for impacted stakeholder groups
β Design engagement campaigns that support transformation objectives
β Measure effectiveness of communication and adoption efforts
Learning & Capability Development
β Identify skills and capability gaps created by transformation initiatives
β Develop training and enablement strategies
β Support role transitions and workforce readiness efforts
β Help teams adopt new operating models, tools, and processes
Adoption Measurement & Sustainability
β Define adoption KPIs and success measures
β Monitor readiness, engagement, and adoption trends
β Measure behavioral and organizational change outcomes
β Establish sustainability plans to reinforce long term adoption
Required Experience
β 10+ years of organizational change management, transformation, organizational
development, or consulting experience
β Experience leading change initiatives within large and complex organizations
β Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communications, and change strategy
β Experience supporting operating model, process, technology, or organizational
transformations
β Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
β Ability to influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups
Preferred Qualifications
β Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification
β Experience within management consulting or transformation advisory services
β Experience supporting digital, AI, or enterprise technology transformations
β Background in organizational development, leadership development, or workforce
transformation
