Job Summary:
The candidate should have a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization, with proven leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of BI developers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions.
· Implement data integration and transformation solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
· Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the BI team.
· Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in the BI/Analytics ecosystem.
Qualifications:
· 7-10 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
· Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, Co-pilot, including report/dashboard design and data modelling.
· Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
· Proven leadership experience, that includes managing and mentoring BI teams.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Experience integrating BI solutions with applications and external data sources.
Certification:
Microsoft PL-300 Certified.
