Description:
Provide expert level troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve Postgres database related incidents across a wide array of technologies and platforms.
Responsible for participating in root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Makes technical decisions during high priority incidents focused on impact remediation and communicates clearly to call participants and leadership
Perform updates/changes during maintenance windows
Understand current capacity issues and the capacity planning processes
Work with team to review change requests
Participate in software deployments
Assimilate organizational objectives into operational action plans
