Role: Lead Pega System Architect
Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles tailored to BCM and Insurance workflows
- Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance
- Mentor development teams and conduct designcode reviews with a focus on domainspecific compliance and scalability
- Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways trading platforms and insurance data providers
Experience and Skills:
- 12 years of Pega development experience with 3 years as a Lead System Architect
- Pega CLSA certification is mandatory
- Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity features including Constellation DX API and DevOps pipelines
- Experience with Common Data Model and enterprise integration patterns
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $60 – 70/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
