Responsibilities
• Design Tableau dashboards following best practices including visual design principles.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Provide ideas for dashboards aligning with high-level requirements and work iteratively with business partners to refine requirements to deliver the final product.
• Participate in the development and enforcement of Tableau standards and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Perform testing to certify Tableau dashboards for production use.
• Develop queries to execute in the data lake platform and automate data extracts from other data sources.
• Provide direction and mentoring to analysts on Tableau development, dashboard usability, and design best practices.
• Perform Tableau site administration including organization, optimization, tuning, and ensuring the security of data using Tableau Server with a strong understanding of security policies and best practices
• Provide user interface development and testing with Semarchy (MDM).
