Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Inventory Management within Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional consulting skills, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient supply chain solutions.

A strong background in manufacturing operations and processes is mandatory, as this role will primarily support manufacturing-focused business transformations and Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.

Required Experience

• 10–15 years of overall IT/ERP consulting experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle SCM functional consulting.
• Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and WMS modules.
• Strong manufacturing domain experience is mandatory.
• Experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation projects.
• Proven experience working directly with business users, stakeholders, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM functional consulting activities across Manufacturing, WMS, and Inventory modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud applications to meet business and operational requirements.
• Conduct solution design workshops and business process mapping sessions.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and customizations.
• Provide best-practice recommendations for manufacturing and supply chain process optimization.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective resolution strategies.
• Ensure alignment of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions with business goals and operational excellence initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Cost Management, or Planning modules.
• Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud certifications.
• Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical, industrial, or consumer goods environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Experience in global implementation or rollout projects.
