TITLE: Oracle Fusion PM/Change Manager

DURATION: Initial 7-month
Background & Overview
• Midstream Natural Gas client migrating from Oracle EBS 12.2 to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This is a full-time contract engagement from Q4 2025 through July 2027.
• The client has already hired a vendor to implement and perform the migration from EBS to Fusion.
• The client has also already staffed a Lead Project Manager to manage the end-to-end project (discovery → design → build → data conversion → testing → cutover → stabilization).
• The client would like to staff a Senior Change Management Consultant experienced in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migrations and in the Midstream Natural Gas industry to support major change management activities.
• A resource with Supply Change subject matter expertise (SME) is strongly preferred to drive process improvements in this area.
Role Overview
• Support the Lead Project Manager by taking ownership of key change management workstream components which may include:
o Impact Assessments
o Stakeholder Management
o Business Process Mapping
o Communication Planning
o Training and User Enablement
o Identifying and Driving Process Improvements
o Reporting
• Coordinate with Lead Project Manager, internal SMEs, systems integrator, and Oracle.
• Provide guidance on Supply Chain process improvements.
• Support strong governance.
• Support quality assurance and user testing/verification for functionality, data migration (cleansing, mapping, validation), integrations, and legacy decommissioning plans.
• Ensure SOX/ITGC alignment and cutover/hypercare readiness.
Required Experience (must-have)
• 2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations as Project Manager or Change Management Consultant.
• Prior experience migrating from Oracle EBS 12.x to Fusion Cloud.
• Industry background in midstream natural gas (preferred) or broader oil & gas (minimum).
• Supply Chain subject matter expertise.
• Strong testing orchestration (SIT/UAT), data conversion leadership, and stakeholder/change management.
• Excellent executive communication and steering committee reporting.
