Position Overview
Enterprise Products Partners is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Systems Analyst to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.10 (On-Prem). This role is ideal for a hands-on Oracle professional with strong functional expertise in Finance and/or Oracle Projects modules combined with technical troubleshooting, SQL, and application support experience.
The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the Oracle support team, partnering directly with business users to diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, develop solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide production support for Oracle EBS Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, CM, FA, iExpense, iSupplier) and/or Oracle Projects (Costing, Billing, Accounting).
· Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
· Support business users through incident resolution, testing, and system enhancements.
· Analyze and validate data using SQL and PL/SQL.
· Create ad hoc reports and data correction scripts when necessary.
· Distinguish standard Oracle functionality from customizations and extensions.
· Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conference room pilots, and release validation.
· Follow Change Management processes and SOX compliance requirements.
· Collaborate with Oracle Support and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
· Document incidents, solutions, and technical findings using ticketing tools.
· Contribute to ongoing application improvements and process optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
· 5–7+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2, preferably in Finance and/or Oracle Projects modules.
· Strong understanding of Oracle Financials data flow between subledgers and General Ledger.
· 3+ years of SQL and PL/SQL experience.
· Knowledge of Oracle EBS data model and application architecture.
· Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues in a production environment.
· Experience supporting business users directly and managing issue resolution end-to-end.
· Ability to understand existing customizations, workflows, BI Publisher reports, and Oracle APEX applications.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
· Oracle APEX development experience.
· Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
· Experience working in a multi-developer team environment.
· Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

· Primary experience is Database Administration, System Administration, Infrastructure, Patching, or Server Support.
· Experience is heavily technical with limited functional Oracle Finance/Projects knowledge.
· Limited understanding of subledger-to-GL business processes and data flows.
