Qualifications:

– A minimum of 3 years experience working in E1 Oracle in a user support, consultant, or implementation role

– Clear expert in the operations functions of E1 Oracle ERP

– Understanding of relationship in E1 between operations and commercial, financial functionality
Role Scope and Deliverables:

– Serve as a core SME in Oracle E1 manufacturing functions (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver)

– Partner with Thermo Fisher Scientific Site lead/Area lead to ensure successful E1 rollout

– OCM Readiness → Ensure you are up-to-date on the latest OCM readiness status (training, change impacts, etc.) to be able to support the site lead and site manager. Help identify relevant change impacts and provide training to users locally.

– Cutover → Ensure local steps are included in the cutover plan, lead to prepare and run dress rehearsal and cutover on local level

– Go-Live & Hypercare → Help manage local cutover activities, Hypercare activities, issue resolution and support of the super-users
