Role Descriptions:
Oracle CDM Cloud IT Architect with strong technical and functional knowledge on Oracle CDM cloud Essential Skills:
ā Oracle CDM IT Architect who can design an overall solution architecture and Oracle CDM Cloud specific configurations to create sustainable mature solutions for our clients.
ā Execute projects where CX products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or they make up the whole solution.
ā Define and help develop required product(Oracle CDM Cloud) extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive delivery of services.
ā Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to describe and standardize business processes-related to Customer/Supplier data hub.
ā Experience in implementation projects. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations
ā Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate
