Senior Oracle Business Analyst who combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on technical experience. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into user stories and technical specifications, and deliver solutions in Oracle-based environments.
Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements workshops and document processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Support Oracle SaaS, OIC, Oracle Cloud, OCI, EBS, databases, integrations, and related products.
• Contribute to coding, scripting, SQL, troubleshooting, and solution validation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows.
• Manage epics, stories, defects, dependencies, and reporting through Jira Cloud and Jira Align.
• Support testing, release coordination, and production validation.
• Serve as Scrum Master or tester when needed.
• Manage concurrent priorities and demanding delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
• Extensive Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and requirements-gathering skills.
• Practical coding, Oracle, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jira Cloud, and Jira Align experience.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, testing, APIs, integrations, and release management.
• Adaptable, organized, collaborative, and effective under tight deadlines
