Job description :

Facilitate, implement, and support the user team to enhance the business
Functionalities, overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Design configure and test various business scenarios.
Analyze current business processes and recommend or develop SAP solutions to meet
the business needs.
Responsible for successful SAP practices, providing functional expertise, guidance,
presentation, and instruction to business users duly.
Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or
improved procedures.
Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by User Depts.
Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
Manage or participate in project implementation as a functional consultant.
Troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and incidents,
Develop necessary Solution Changes or modifications to satisfy the business needs.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational
Skill Set:
SAP SD configuration experience is a must.
Experience and knowledge of key integration points between various SAP modules
Business knowledge and process design skills
Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
Strong organizational skills and good interpersonal skills
Able to collaborate with business users and have a strong desire to excel.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Must be able to work independently and Self-reliantly.
Candidate must be a team player, manages workload with little or no supervision.
Able to Multi-task and work under tight timelines
Must be an effective problem solver.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 50% marks in 10th,12th & Graduation ( all courses full time)
Overall 2+ years of domain and functional consultant expertise
At least one full lifecycle implementation experience (Project Preparation to Go-Live)
SAP Certification is desirable.
Experience in SAP Fiori, O Data, SAP Analytics is plus.
