Manager Notes
Need to be a SR resource who has a least 4 yrs experience on .Net with React. Team looks for whole package and will be screening for soft skills and personality as well as analytical thinking and problem solving mind set

The interview will consist of a “meet and greet” and resume overview – explain your day to day in great details and the projects you worked on going over and highlighting in detail the technologies listed below that they are looking for:
1. .Net
2. .Net Core
3. ReactJS
4. SQL
5. Creating code from scratch
If any of these technologies, you feel you’re light on explain all knowledge you have to show that you can become more fluid in it quickly.
The interview will continue with questions ore technical in nature and if time permits, they may ask for a small .Net challenge.

Summary:
This team works on ADP Retirement Services application, they are continually updating and working to make sure the functionality of the program is consistent and up to date.

Responsibilities:
· Web Developer / Translate requirements and specifications into working code
· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must be self motivated – roadblocks do not stop you from completing your task.
· Work with multiple groups globally – designers, analysts, development, architects, QA, project management, infrastructure, deployment, etc.
· Good communication skills, both written and oral, are required.

Technical Skills:
· .NET Core 5.0/6.0/4.0 IDE, ASP.Net, C#
· VB6 knowledge preferred.
· Angular – is required
· SQL Server 2005, 2008 R2 is required
· Experience using MVC design pattern, ASP.Net MVC Framework, Razor, and/or MVVM design pattern
· Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, Hyperion, SPSS, SSRS etc.
· HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JQM, JQ UI
· Experience in an Agile environment
· Data validation, web analytics, and performance testing experience

Education and Experience:
· 3-5 years experience web development
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Equivalent
