Scope of Work

The engagement has four key components:

AI and Technology Landscape Assessment – Deep dive into their current state. They run 365 for CRM, which has become over customized and needs rationalization

Stakeholder Engagement – Conduct sessions to gather business and technical needs across the organization

Vision Development – Facilitate a visioning process and produce a clear architectural vision document. They want this to be a true north, not just the next incremental project

High Level Architectural Plan – Develop both technical and functional architecture plans that align to the vision.
Ideal Profile
