High level Project plan preparation for client Detailed Project planning with dependencies and teams involved.
Executing the project as per the detailed plan and identifying the risks and mitigation plan..
Ensuring the connect between the cross functional teams like Dev, Onsite, BAs, Testing, Ensuring connect with Client teams like Infra, PM, Security, business stakeholders, IT stakeholders etc., to execute the project Conducting Weekly status meeting with the Client stakeholders and TCS internal stakeholders Conducting monthly Steering committee meeting with the sponsors of the project and delivery heads in TCS Ensuring weekly status reporting of the project
