Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Experience (customer service model driven app. Ours is a highly customized solution. I would assess email to case, system to case management working knowledge)
Strong Business Analysis skills (creation of process diagrams, documentation of business requirements)
Expertise in leading end to end digital transformation projects. Handling user adoption and associated challenges.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (must understand IM ops user pain points, help with documentation, present to us, negotiation skills with transformation team)
Optional – User trainings and Demoes
Optional – Salesforce CRM experience (the only other CRM Application that comes close to MS D365 from my interview experience in India)
Optional but preferred – Dynamics with GenAI and Copilot experience (started in the last 1 year, can be hard to find, hence optional)
Preferred – IM operations domain experience.
