Job description:
We need a senior-level M365 solutions engineer with extensive experience in M365/SharePoint development and configuration, Microsoft Teams integration, and Power Platform expertise. You will create engaging customer experiences using front-end development technologies that leverage the modern experience in SharePoint online. You’ll make use of everything that the Power Platform and M365 has to offer as you transform how customers interact in a digital workspace. You’ll work on projects that meet challenges in the IC, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes and sites in SharePoint and M365 with user centric design. You’ll guide and mentor team members, serving as an escalation point for complex issues, and provide necessary upskilling to the team when required. You’ll apply your expertise in web development best practices to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front-end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.
You Have:
· 8+ years of experience and a bachelors degree required. Commensurate education for experience.
· In-depth knowledge of M365 services and components, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Azure AD
· Experience with SharePoint development and architecture, including SharePoint 2016,2019, InfoPath Forms, SharePoint Designer Workflows, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
· Strong experience on PowerApps and Power Platform is required
· Experience with business process analysis, user requirements development and documentation, system development life cycle (SDLC) programming, and systems analysis
· Experience with developing solutions with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
· Experience with development of technical strategies to maximize the utilization of the Power Platform’s capabilities, Teams, Microsoft Forms.
· Experience with supporting SharePoint migrations from On-Premises to Microsoft 365
· Knowledge of front-end development tools and languages
· Ability to obtain a security clearance
· HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
· Experience with SharePoint client object model (CSOM) to query lists, manipulate list items, and create on demand reports and mashups of data to deliver easy to understand content
· Experience with SSOM, JSOM, CSOM, REST API, Master Pages, Layouts, Visual Web Part, PowerShell, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
· Experience in visualizing data using Power BI
· Microsoft SharePoint Certifications
· Microsoft 365 Power Platform certification
