Job Title: Senior AI Engineer ā Marketing AI
Location: Dallas, TX ā must be local; 2 days/week onsite at the ServiceNow Dallas office required.
Must-haves
- Solid software design principles (architecture, design patterns, scalability, maintainability)
- AI/Deep Learning experience, with hands-on RAG systems (retrieval, chunking, embeddings, re-ranking)
- Experience with agent development platforms ā LangGraph, LangChain, Azure AI Agents, or similar
- CI/CD fundamentals and cloud deployment experience (Azure and/or AWS)
- Familiarity with Docker, Python, and Java
- Local to Dallas, TX; able to work onsite at the ServiceNow Dallas office 2 days/week
Nice to have
- Experience integrating with foundation model APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) in production
- Knowledge graph or GraphRAG experience (Neo4j, RDF/SPARQL)
- Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.)
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-orchestration experience
- Experience with ServiceNow platform or enterprise B2B marketing tech
- Comfortable navigating enterprise governance/review processes (architecture review boards, security/compliance gates)
Other requirements
- 5+ years building production AI/ML systems
- Track record delivering in cross-functional teams with dependencies on other engineering orgs
- Strong communication skills ā able to work directly with PMs/TPMs on scope, risk, and delivery timelines
